When building or renovating a home, there are so many design decisions to be made. Thinking through every detail on the front end can actually save you money (and headaches), believe it or not!

Architectural Plan Development/Review
If Ann is brought in from the very beginning, she will work with the architect to draw up plans that make sense for your home’s design and function. If your architect has already drawn up construction or renovation plans, no worries! Ann can review these plans to help make the best design decisions. This service is priced on a per square foot basis.

Shopping Day!
Ann will spend one to two days shopping with the client for the project specifications including plumbing, appliances, cabinetry, lighting, flooring, exterior stone, countertops, and hardware. This service is priced at an hourly rate.

Project Management
Ann and her team will be “on demand” to make site visits to answer questions and ensure the selected details are installed properly. This service is priced at an hourly rate.
