Invite Ann inside! Ann will come take a look at your home and take plenty of notes on your dreams for the space. If what you want is in line with what API can provide, we’ll move on to the second step and schedule a Conceptual Meeting & Trade Day.

During our Conceptual Meeting and Trade Day, we discuss the project and target budget in detail. Ann brings imagery, textiles, wallpaper samples, and other design elements to get an overall feel for your aesthetic and see what you gravitate toward. On this day, we will also bring in our trusted sources for carpentry, wallpaper, and painting to measure and determine pricing.

Ann curates every detail from the overall furniture plan to lighting, rugs, wallpaper and accessories. This process can take 4-6 weeks. We will also be pricing everything to make sure it works in your budget.

The fun part! Ann presents the entire design plan for your input and final approval.

Ann and her team get to work ordering all the items for your project. You can expect to be kept in the loop throughout this process, and Ann’s team regularly checks in on any subcontract work at your home to ensure all is going according to plan.

Our team spends a day or more installing every detail of your design plan. From laying rugs and placing furniture to hanging art and lighting fixtures, this is when it all comes together. We always look forward to the final reveal!

No project would be complete without documentation of all the details. Once your space is styled to perfection, we will bring in our professional photographer to capture it all. We love to use these images for our website, social media and magazine projects.
